Please Note - Kenhorst Borough Residents, Agents and Sellers of Property:

A Property Transfer Inspection is required for all properties being sold in the Borough of Kenhorst.

All Forms can be obtained and returned to the office of Kraft Code Services, L.L.C., 34 East Lancaster Avenue, Shillington, PA. 19607 between the Hours of 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Phone Number: 610-775-7185.

All Forms must be completed by the Applicant and returned ALONG WITH ALL REQUIRED FEES made payable to Kraft Code Services, L.L.C., prior to scheduling inspections.
Fees at this time are $100.00 for Single Family Dwellings and $75.00 for each Multi-Family Unit. This includes the Certificate of Occupancy.
After the completed form and fees are received you will be contacted by Kraft Code Services with an inspection date and time.
After inspections are completed and all required repairs are made a Use and Occupancy Permit will be issued.
